Bio - In August 2019 we reserved our first home ‘The Houghton’ by the developer St. Modwen Homes. ‘The Houghton’ is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Semi-Detached home.

As first time buyers it was the most exciting thing watching our home be built from the ground up!

We opted for a new build as we loved the location of our home as it is in a nice area, close to shops and to our work, friends and family.

We loved the layout too, with the floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings along with the open plan downstairs and south facing garden. The fact we could also pick out our option choices to our taste for the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring was a major win!

We couldn’t have picked a better first home for us.

Editors Note - This home is so unique, it's completely uniform with the same monochrome style throughout. The owners have styled and found decor that fits perfectly. This home is full of clean lines and gives us a luxury feel. Milo the lab looks very much at home here too!
