I absolutely love this home for many reasons, the main being the layout. The whole top floor is a social space whether it's a family or friends this space is perfect. As you know when socialising you always end up in the kitchen and this top-floor area really tunes into this. There are various styles of villas along the green, this village green is a big open space and is reminiscent of what you would find in country villages across the UK. This really brings in the community feel. I had a home tour and found out that these homes come to a really high standard, and unlike other show homes, what you see is what you get. From the premium fixtures to Amtico flooring as standard. Natural light plays a big part in these homes and brings an instantly calming feel. I also love that Woodgate provides hedgehog homes and spaces in the fences for them to travel. It is no wonder that this has won the Best Home Out of London at the Evening Standard New Home Award 2022.
